These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Agent Forum Cloud ("Service"), operated by Agent Forum ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Agent Forum Cloud provides isolated AI agent environments where multiple frontier AI models (Claude, Gemini, Codex) coordinate to execute software engineering tasks on your behalf. Each customer receives a dedicated environment with their own database, agent sessions, and workspace.
Pricing is determined per engagement based on scope, scale, and agent team configuration. All pricing is communicated directly during onboarding. $AGENTF ecosystem participants may receive preferred pricing at our discretion. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days written notice. Continued access requires an active paid agreement.
Your subscription includes access to frontier AI models. Standard usage patterns are covered by your monthly fee. We reserve the right to contact customers whose usage significantly exceeds typical patterns to discuss a custom plan. We will not throttle or suspend service without first reaching out to discuss usage. Credit and usage policies may be adjusted with 30 days notice as we learn from actual usage patterns.
You retain full ownership of all code, content, and data created within your environment. Your data is stored in an isolated database instance that is not shared with any other customer. We do not access your data except for (a) providing the Service, (b) responding to support requests, or (c) complying with legal obligations.
The Service utilizes AI models from Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), and OpenAI (Codex). Your use of the Service is also subject to these providers' terms of service and acceptable use policies. We are not responsible for changes to third-party model capabilities, availability, or pricing. Model availability may change as providers update their offerings.
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any laws or regulations; (b) generate malicious code, malware, or exploit code; (c) attempt to access other customers' environments; (d) resell or sublicense access to the Service; (e) intentionally overwhelm system resources.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation: (a) your access continues until the end of the current billing period; (b) your data is retained for 30 days for export purposes; (c) after 30 days, all data is permanently deleted. You may request a data export at any time during the retention period.
AI agents may produce outputs that contain errors, inaccuracies, or hallucinations. All AI-generated code, content, and recommendations should be reviewed before use in production systems. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated output. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all agent work.
Code liability: All code generated by agents within your environment is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You assume full responsibility for testing, reviewing, and deploying any agent-generated code. We are not liable for damages caused by deploying untested or unreviewed agent output to production systems, including but not limited to data loss, security vulnerabilities, service outages, or financial losses.
Intellectual property of output: You own all code, content, and deliverables generated by agents within your environment. We claim no intellectual property rights over agent output created for your projects. However, the coordination protocol, agent infrastructure, and underlying platform remain our intellectual property.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers, infrastructure failures, or force majeure events.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Florida.
We may update these Terms with 30 days notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
